Finally today is the time for the much demanded recipe of my very own special “3 in 1 Wrap/Frankie“…
As the name suggests its has three different types of fillings in it, however one can use any or all in any combination as per ones taste. Not to mention one can always add Cheese to make it more Yummy!!!
These wraps are good and nutritious TUMMY Fillers……
Go ahead & try it, I am sure you will love it ….
Ingredients:
- 250- gms Potatoes (boiled )
- 100 gms capsicum (cut into long slits)
- 100 gms carrots (cut into long slits)
- 3 medium size onions (cut into long slits)
- 200 gms cottage cheese {paneer}(crumbled)
- 3-4 green chillies (finely chopped)
- 2 cups plain flour
- ½ tps Black Pepper powder
- 1-1 ½ tps Chilly Flakes
- 5-6 tps Chilly Sauces ( Red & Green)
- 1 tps dry mango powder
- ¼ tps turmeric powder
- ¼ tps read chilly powder
- Tomato Sauce
- Pinch of Sugar (optional)
- 1tbps curd (optional)
- Salt to taste
Pre-Preparation Time: 40-45 mins
Cooking Time: 2-3 mins per wrap
Makes: 10-12 wraps
Method:
Pre- Preparation
For Rotis:
Make a dough similar to that of chappatis using plain flour by adding a pinch of sugar and 1 tps curd, slat to taste and water as per requirement. Cover with damped muslin cloth & let it rest for 30 min at room temperature.
Then rollout chappatis (10-12 nos), shape round/rectangular as preferred.
And cook them partially from both sides and keep them aside.
Tip1: these rotis can be prepared and kept in advance also
Tip2: one may also use whole wheat flour instead of plain flour &/or mixture of both as per preferred
For vegetable Filling:
Heat 1-2 tps of butter in a pan, heat it and add onion, capsicum, carrots and mix well..
Add salt, Black Pepper Powder, Chilly Flakes , mix well
Add Chilly Sauces mix well and take It off from the flame.
(veg filling is ready)
Paneer Filling
Take 1tps of butter in a pan heat it and add ¼ tps of turmeric powder..
Add crumbled panner, red chilly podwer, 4-5 tps of water mix well and cook for 2 mins and take it off from flame.

Aloo (potato) Filling
Peel the potato skin and smash them,
add chopped chillies, dry mango powder , salt to taste and mix well.
(potato filling is ready)
Sauce:
Take tomato ketchup, add chilly sauces as per your taste and mix well..
Ready to Assemble into a “3 in 1 Wrap”
- Miv Veg Filling, Paneer Filling , Aloo Filling
- Chappati’s
- Sauce Mix
- Processed Cheese (optional)
- Butter
Final Steps:
Heat the chappati on a griddle for few secs, Apply little butter(optional) on one side and flip it & Cook it properly
Now take it off the griddle , apply about 1 tbps of sauce mix
Now place all the three fillings one by one

mix veg filling
Finally if you are a Cheese Lover, Add grated Cheese If you like it (optional)
Now make a tight roll of this chappati(roll)
And roast it on the griddle from all side applying butter as necessary
Remove it from the griddle & transfer it into a serving plate. Serve HOT !!!

Today cooked by me 3 in 1 wraps / Frankie, I dont think it matched Chef Jigss work , but indeed a sincere attempt to get as close as possible…Really made my day …A Great recipe…looks BEAUTIFUL…tastes BEST …Loved by every one at home.. …A lot of Thanks to Chef Jigss (Jignesh). will send you pic ….
